WARRANTY  RETURN & REPAIR POLICY

Speedgrip Chuck Company guarantees its equipment to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one year after sale and guarantees that such equipment will operate as designed at the time of quotation and customer approval of engineering drawings. If the performance of Speedgrip equipment is deemed unsatisfactory, Speedgrip will be given the opportunity to revise or rework the equipment in order to improve performance to the agreed standards.

If Speedgrip Chuck Company and the customer mutually agree the equipment is not capable of satisfactory performance against the original engineering and design standards, then the equipment will be returned to Speedgrip and a full credit will be issued.

This warranty excludes all perishable parts such as collets, work stops, draw screws, pullers, springs and seals. Damage resulting from misuse or machine wrecks will not be covered.

The warranty coverage is limited to the original selling price of the equipment. Final evaluation must be made within 60 days of receipt of the equipment.

No merchandise will be accepted for credit or warranty repair unless the following procedures are followed.

All returns must be issued a "Return Authorization" number which must be obtained from Speedgrip Chuck Company before any product can be returned for credit or repair. The return authorization number (4-digit code) must appear on all paperwork, including the packing slip. A request to return product can be made to salesweb@speedgrip.com or via phone with an authorized Speedgrip Chuck Company employee.

All merchandise returned for credit must be returned with freight prepaid by the sender to:

Products returned for credit must be less than 12 months old and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the goods returned for credit.

All returns of standard (stocked) products are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and must be accompanied with a dollar-for-dollar offsetting order. Altered standards and special (custom) products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All repairs are subject to a $100 minimum inspection charge.
